The ‘perfect present’ can be elusive so you might want to save this gift guide as your quick go-to for birthday gifts, housewarmings, Christmas gifts or to use as your very own wish-list! All the companies listed are independant, UK-based and offer truly one of a kind gift options, they also happen to be some of my very favourite local businesses!
As we all know when it comes to gifting you can never beat a candle or wax melts, so first up is Field Avenue - hand-poured in the English countryside and with scents ranging from Country Lane to Pink Peppercorn there’s sure to be one to suit every taste and every season!
Another favourite of mine is Chateau Bo featuring a luxury home fragrance collection. Their candle range has been created to boost your physical and mental wellbeing, and the products smell delicious, I’ve tried them myself!
If calligraphy is your thing (quite likely if you’re reading this blog!) then you’ll love the range of hand-painted items at Sophie Eloise Calligraphy from new baby banners to Christmas stockings, everything is completely bespoke.
Staying with the calligraphy theme you can find a lovely selection of hand-painted prints and place cards at Ink and Pot Creations.
Have you got many furry friends? These cards from Katelligraphy will make a wonderful gift!

If you’re on the hunt for beautiful handmade jewellery another favourite of mine is Toba Brighton each and every piece is designed and made with love by the sea. Last but by no means least is Fawn & Thistle Ltd they offer a fabulous selection of paper goods & gifts by illustrator and self-confessed stationary geek Kirsten McNee. From tea towels to gift wrap, greetings cards to pocket mirrors I’m sure you’ll find a reason to indulge!
